elearn sample pageThis page lists the courses currently available to Volunteer Ambulance Officers. Many of these courses have online versions that you can take at your own pace, in preparation for the practical training sessions and assessments that must be completed for accreditation in each module.

Each e-learning module contains the theory you need to learn, plus sample quizzes and test papers. You can go through these as many times as you want, at your own pace. Results of sample tests are not kept or sent to anyone. When you think you are ready for formal evaluation, you still must attend the applicable practical skills training sessions or make alternative arrangements for assessment with your BSO or the Volunteer Educator for your region in the Clinical Practice Education Unit (CPEU).

You can access the PowerPoint presentations and handouts for each course by clicking on the icons next to each course title. These files are the same as those provided on the training CD. Powerpoint Presentation= PowerPoint and handout = handouts (some modules have multiple handouts and/or presentations).
